The senior citizen siteout is a thoughtful inclusion, and the landscaping makes the complex pleasant. The developer, Shadhna Infrastructure, has completed the project and it was ready for possession by December 2023. The price was within my savings. While the entrance lobby is functional, it lacks a certain elegance. Also, the OC status not being available yet is a point of slight concern for future resale value.
