The 1 BHK flat I am getting has a carpet area of 247 sq.ft, which feels just right for a start. It is currently under construction and the developer, SGS Construction And DevelopePrivate Limited, has given a completion date of August 2026. The project includes important amenities like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, which are environmentally conscious. Being close to Fortis Hospital Noida (6.95 KM) and Noida Electronic City Metro Station (2.84 KM) is also reassuring. The area does seem to have a lot of ongoing construction, so dust is expected for now.
