We wanted something ready to move for my parents who are living in Noida. SGP Antalya Heights Block G in Sector 101 seemed like a good option. The 1650 sq.ft 3 BHK is quite spacious for them and has good ventilation. They liked the idea of a gated community and the utility shops within the complex are very convenient for daily needs. My only concern was the proximity to the main road and the potential traffic noise, but the apartment is on a higher floor so hopefully it's not too bad. The price was around 52 Lakhs which fit our budget. The developer SGP Investoalso seem to have a decent track record.
