I purchased a 3 BHK unit with a carpet area of about 1500 Sq.ft. The project is ready to move, and the developer, Sushil Gangadhar Mittal Group, has ensured good landscaping and tree planting. The price for my unit was around 70 Lakh. While the project itself is well-equipped with a swimming pool and gymnasium, the dust from ongoing construction in the nearby areas can be a bit botheome at times. However, the overall quality and the planned community spaces are appealing.
