For about 49 Lakh. The developer, SGD Developer, has incorporated several useful amenities such as a party hall and a gazebo, along with essential infrastructure like 24x7 water supply. Its connectivity to ORR Exit-12, located nearby, is a significant plus for accessibility. However, the pricing for the larger plots, reaching up to 81 Lakh, might be a bit steep for some buyein this developing micro-market. The lack of immediate OC availability is also something to note for due diligence.
