The location in Yacharam is peaceful, and the developer, SGD Developer, has provided good infrastructure like smooth black top roads (40 and 33 ft wide) and storm water drains. The children's play area is a bonus for future family plans. While the price is a bit higher than expected, the amenities and the developer's reputation gave us confidence.
