I bought a unit in SG Rainbow mainly as an investment. The project was completed in 2015, and it's ready to move. SG Ventures is the developer. The area offedecent rental potential. I picked a 2 BHK unit with a carpet area of around 700 Sq.ft, which is a good size for tenants. The price range is competitive, starting from 25.52 Lakhs. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a point of concern for potential future resale value. The proximity to the Mula River is a nice environmental factor, but the development around it is also picking up, which is good for appreciation. The parking facility is closed car parking.

We liked that it is ready to move in, so we don't have to wait for construction. The price was also within our budget, around 30 Lakhs.
