Since it is ready to move, I could immediately rent it out. The carpet area of 1264 Sq.ft is standard for this configuration. The amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are attractive to potential tenants. The solid waste management is also a plus point. My only reservation is the lack of information on the completion date and OC received, which makes assessing the long-term value a bit trickier.
