The 2877 Sq.ft builtup area for the 4 BHK is more than I need, but I appreciate the space and the good natural light. The project has amenities like a Gymnasium and 24x7 Security, which are important for me. Being ready to move in made the process much simpler. The surrounding area has some greenery which is nice. I am happy with the decision.
