We chose SFS Avon mainly because of its location for our children. Jyothis Central School is literally nearby, which means no commute for the kids. We bought a 3 BHK, which has a built-up area of 1364 square feet, plenty of space for our family. The children's play area and the swimming pool are big hits with my son and daughter. It was ready to move in when we finalized, which was great. The jogging track is also something I use regularly. The only issue we've faced is occasional power fluctuations during the monsoon, despite the power backup system. Otherwise, it's a very convenient and pleasant residential complex.

I purchased this 3 BHK apartment for my parents who live in Thiruvananthapuram. The built-up area is quite spacious, 1364 square feet, so they have plenty of room. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage as I didn't want them waiting long. The location in Kazhakkoottam is convenient for them as Jyothis Central School is right next door, though I am not sure they will use it. Skyline Foundation and Structures seem to have delivered a decent product. My only concern is the distance from the main road; it takes a bit of a drive down a smaller lane. I hope the 24x7 security is robust for their peace of mind. Overall, it seems like a good place for them.
