It's very close to Indian Public School, practically zero distance, and Sree Abirami Hospital is also right there. This makes it ideal for a family. The plots are 436 Sq.ft and start from 5.65 Lakh. Sevvel Shelteis developing this as a gated community with internal roads and footpaths, which is nice. They also promise 24x7 water supply and security. Being under construction until September 2026 means some inconvenience, but it's expected. The reflexology park is a unique amenity.
