This proximity was the main reason we chose this property by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper. The ready to move status meant we could shift quickly without waiting for construction. We visited the site multiple times and the building looks solid. The neighborhood feels safe and established, which is important for us with two young children. While the location is great for school access, the traffic on Kensington Road can get a bit heavy during peak school drop-off and pick-up times. However, the convenience outweighs this minor issue for our family.
