Shivam Buildcon is developing this in South Bopal, a growing area. The price range of 76.5 to 77.2 Lakh is competitive for what's being offered, including features like CCTV surveillance and a skating rink. The four high-rise towewill offer good views. The completion is set for December 2028. My only minor issue is the access road mentioned – Safal Parisar Road. I need to check if it gets too congested, especially during peak hou, as it's next to another project Serenity Sky. Otherwise, the landscaping and premium vitrified flooring are nice touches.

Shivam Buildcon is building four high-rise towewhich look quite impressive from the brochure. The price point is a bit higher than we expected, around 77 Lakh for the larger ones, but the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are a big draw. It's currently under construction with a December 2028 completion date. The location in South Bopal is decent, close to Sardar Patel Ring road, which will be good for commuting. Parking is available too. We just hope the construction quality is as good as it looks on paper.

The main concern for my parents might be the proximity to Shalby Hospitals, which is nearby, but Goraghuma Station is nearby, so that's good.
