    We chose Serene Life Phase I because of its proximity to good schools. Hiranandani Upscale School is literally a short distance, making the morning school run so much easier for our kids. Chettinad Hospital And Research Institute is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. Square Space has ensured 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are critical for a family. The community feels safe, and there are a few other families with young children here. The play area, though small, is a nice addition. The flat itself is functional, though perhaps the living room could be a bit larger. We did notice some construction dust from ongoing work in Phase II, but we are hopeful that will settle down soon. The overall environment is quite pleasant.
