The villas are ready to move in, and the project was completed back in June 2013 by Columbia Pacific Communities. I chose a 1 BHK villa for its manageable size. The community has a gymnasium and ample landscaping, which is nice for walks. The only downside is the connectivity to NH 83, which is about 15 kilometeaway, making longer trips a bit less convenient. Still, for daily needs, it's quite acceptable.
