    We purchased a plot in Senthur Kumaran Nagar for my parents who are staying in Chennai. They wanted a peaceful area, and Kadapakkam Village sounded promising. It's good to know it's ready to move in, so they don't have to wait. We liked that there is power backup available, as erratic power supply can be a problem. The metro station is also quite close, which is useful for them to visit us when we come down. The developer Thiru J S Dharmapalan has a reputation for completing projects. My only worry is the distance to the main government school, which is over nearby, but they don’t have young children anymore.
