Sen Construction completed the project in January 2024, and it's ready to move in. The connectivity via the 230 Bus Terminus is also very convenient for my commute. While the price was at the higher end of my budget, the strategic location and the quality of the apartment make it a worthwhile investment for me.

The construction quality looks solid. Our only slight concern is the lack of dedicated parking space mentioned, although the street parking has been manageable so far.
