I found the location in Vadipatti to be quite accessible, especially with Vadipatti Bus Stand nearby, which simplifies travel. I also liked that KGPs Root Canal & Medical Center is right there, offering peace of mind. S Shanmuga Pandiaraja is the developer. My only minor concern is the road leading to the plots can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, a good start for me.
