We bought a 3 BHK apartment, spanning 1225 square feet, offering enough room for our two children. The price point, around 41.65 Lakhs for the larger unit, felt justified for the space and location within Bhubaneswar. Sekhar Buildeand PromotePvt. Ltd. Completed the project in February 2012, so it was a ready-to-move-in property, which simplified our relocation process significantly. The Vani Bihar Bus Stop nearby is also handy for occasional travel. While the apartment size is good, we find the living room area a little compact for family gatherings. Nevertheless, the convenience of having a school so close makes up for this minor drawback. We are happy with the purchase.
