Finally bought my fit flat at Seetharaman SS Shri Ganesha. It's in Jeevan Bima Nagar, which is a good location. I was looking for something ready to move and this project was completed in 2009, so it fit the bill. The HAL PUBLIC SCHOOL is really close by, which is convenient for future planning. Also Cloudnine Hospital is just a short walk away. The area seems quite developed. I visited the site and the building looked well-maintained for its age. The only thing I noticed was a bit of traffic noise from Suranjandas Road, but it's not too bad inside the apartment. Overall, I feel good about this purchase.

However, the traffic on HAL Old Airport Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily travel. The metro is quite a distance away at nearby.
