We looked at the 2 BHK configurations, which range from 1110 to 1795 square feet, offering good space. The project includes a clubhouse which will be nice for meeting people. Being in North Hyderabad, it’s a developing area. The availability of 24X7 water supply is a relief. One slight concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but inside the community, it's quiet. Seetha Estates seems to have focused on basic amenities like sewage treatment and proper drainage.
