Living at Sea View Annexe has been a good experience so far. I bought a 3 BHK flat here, around 1450 sq.ft built up area. The Titumir Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable for my daily commute. I like that there's 24x7 CCTV surveillance, making me feel secure. The swimming pool is a nice amenity to relax after a busy week. My only minor issue is that the car parking spaces feel a bit cramped, especially when visitocome. Still, the convenience and the overall atmosphere make it a worthwhile place to call home in Kolkata.

We chose Sea View Annexe because of its proximity to schools; Mangalam Vidya Niketan is right at nearby. Our 3 BHK flat is 1450 sq.ft built up, providing enough space for our children. The children's play area is a big hit with them. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great for family recreation. It’s a gated community with good landscaping. The only drawback we've noticed is that during peak hou, the roads nearby like Jessore Road and Dum Dum Road can get very congested, which adds to travel time to places like Charnock Hospital (nearby away). However, the convenience for school is unmatched.
