Relocating to Ahmedabad was made easier by finding Sea Pearl. The Satellite location is very central, and the proximity to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals is a major reason I chose this project. Sutariya Developecompleted the building in December 2013, and it's ready for immediate occupancy. The 4 BHK flats offer ample living space. Accessing the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway and the 132 Feet Ring Road is straightforward, which is great for reaching different parts of the city quickly. The only drawback is the general traffic in the Satellite area, which can be quite heavy at times.

I bought a flat here primarily for its location in Satellite. It is very close to essential services like Nirman High School, which is important for my children. The project, Sea Pearl, was developed by Sutariya Developeand is ready to move in. The connectivity to major roads like the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway is a definite advantage. My only real concern is the noise from the nearby metro station, especially during the day. It's not constant, but it is noticeable. Still, for the price and convenience, it's a fair deal.

We purchased a 4 BHK at Sea Pearl in Satellite. The construction was completed by Sutariya Developeback in December 2013. Location is quite convenient, with easy access to the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway which helps with commuting. The price point for a ready-to-move property of this size was competitive for the area. However, the parking situation can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles, and the roads leading directly to the project can get quite congested during peak houOverall, it's a decent option if you prioritize location and immediate availability.

We looked at several options before settling on Sea Pearl. The 4 BHK configuration seemed spacious enough for our growing family. Being ready to move was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. The proximity to the 132 Feet Ring Road is excellent for getting around Ahmedabad. The nearby Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals are also a great benefit. One small issue we noticed is that some parts of the building might need a bit of cosmetic upgradation since it was completed a while ago. Otherwise, it's a good place to live.

After retiring, I wanted a spacious home in a well-connected part of Ahmedabad. Sea Pearl in Satellite offered a 4 BHK configuration which was exactly what I was looking for. Sutariya Developehanded over the project in December 2013, so it's a mature property. The connectivity to the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway and the 132 Feet Ring Road is excellent, making it easy to visit family and friends. The surrounding area has good schools and hospitals, which adds to the convenience. However, the building's age means some amenities might feel a bit dated compared to newer projects. The lift can also be slow sometimes.

I was looking for a comfortable and well-located 4 BHK in Ahmedabad, and Sea Pearl seemed like a good fit. The project is by Sutariya Developeand was completed a few yeaago, meaning it's ready to move into. The Satellite area is quite developed, and having the Doordahan Kendra Metro Station nearby is extremely convenient for my daily commute to work. The flats themselves are a good size, offering plenty of room. My main concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which can sometimes affect the air quality. Otherwise, it's a solid property.
