I purchased a 4 BHK apartment in SDS NRI Residency a few yeaback, around 1800 Sq.ft. The project was completed in December 2015 and is ready to move in. The proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is excellent for connectivity. I particularly liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it gives a nice green feel. The security systems, including 24x7 security and fire fighting systems, offer good peace of mind. The price was reasonable for the area and the size of the flat. The community hall is also a useful space for gatherings. I am happy with this investment.

As teache, we were looking for a comfortable and well-located home. We chose a 3 BHK apartment in SDS NRI Residency, around 1300 Sq.ft. The price point was manageable, falling within the 77.25 Lakh to 1.66 Crore range we had budgeted for. Being close to the Pari Chowk Metro Station is incredibly helpful for our daily commute. The amenities like the gymnasium and club house are good for unwinding after work. The only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which can sometimes settle on the balconies. Still, the Vastu compliant design of the apartment was a nice touch.
