It’s convenient because Kunskapsskolan is nearby, which is a manageable distance for the kids. The Phase 2 Metro Station is also very close, nearby, good for weekend outings or if friends visit. The power backup is definitely a necessary amenity here. We are still considering the decision, but the location and the space are appealing. The builder is SDR Real Estate. Overall, it looks promising.
