    Finding a decent place in Gurgaon can be challenging, but SDR SDR Floo- 10 offered a good option. It's ready to move, which suited my timeline perfectly. The developer, SDR Real Estate, has a project located on Road No. 3, K Block. The proximity to MG Road Metro Station, nearby, is useful for commuting. I also appreciate that Cyboard School is nearby, which could be handy for future needs. The power backup is definitely a critical amenity here, especially with the unpredictable power situations sometimes. The only slight downside I noticed was the dust from ongoing development in the vicinity, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. It feels like a stable investment.

My only small worry is the traffic on Mehrauli Gurgaon Road during peak hou, but being off the main road a bit should help. Overall, it feels like a solid place for them to live comfortably.
