The carpet area is 849 square feet, giving us enough room. We liked that it's a ready-to-move-in property, so we didn't have to wait long after completion in October 2020. The community buildings and party lawn are nice additions for weekend gatherings. The security is also good with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. Getting to school is manageable, though there's some dust from nearby construction sometimes. But we are happy with the space and amenities.
