I bought a 2 BHK which is 1152 sq.ft, feels spacious enough for one peon with a home office setup. Having a gymnasium and swimming pool onsite is a big plus for my fitness routine. The price point was a bit higher than I initially budgeted, around 42 lakh, but the quality of construction and the amenities offered seem to justify it. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but once you are inside the complex, it’s quite peaceful. Overall, a decent place for professionals.

Settling into our new 2 BHK at SDC Euro Exotica. It's around 1145 sq.ft, which is comfortable for my family of three. We chose this project because it's ready to move in and the location on New Sanganer Road is quite accessible. The 24/7 security is a big reassurance. The price was within our budget, approximately 41.22 lakh, which is reasonable for Jaipur. The downside is that there's a noticeable amount of dust from the nearby highway construction, especially during dry weather. Also, the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning for future clarity. However, the children's play area is well-maintained and my kids love it. The proximity to CK Birla Hospitals is also a good point.

The clubhouse and indoor games facilities are great for weekend family time. The price was in the higher range, around 65 lakh, but considering the size and the amenities, it felt like a fair deal. The proximity to Oxford International Public School, a short distance, is excellent for my children. My only concern is the landscaping and tree planting, which looks a bit spae in some common areas; I hope they develop it further.
