We chose SDC Embassy Park for our family. The 2 BHK flats are a decent size at 1275 Sq.ft. What really sold us was the proximity to Subodh Public School, which is within walking distance. It makes the morning rush so much easier. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately. Being on Yash Path in Tilak Nagar, it’s also relatively easy to get to NH-8 for commutes. The building was completed by SDC Group in 1998, so it's an older construction, but seems well-maintained.
