I recently finalized the purchase of a 2 BHK in SDB Shreyas. The built-up area is 850 sq.ft, which is standard. The price was 45 Lakh, which seemed fair for the Chennai South area. Being ready to move in was a key factor for me, as I dislike the waiting period. Sri Devi Buildeand promotehave a track record, though not extensive. The project offebasic amenities like car parking and a service lift. Annai Violet Matriculation & Higher Secondary School is nearby, which is good if you have young children. One concern is the lack of an OC, which is a bit unusual for a 2014 completed project.

The built-up area for the 2 BHKs is around 848 to 877 sq.ft which felt decent. The price range was 44.94 Lakh to 56.18 Lakh. Sri Devi Buildeand promoteare not the biggest name but they seem to deliver. I haven't rented it out yet, but I'm hopeful about the rental demand in the coming yeaThe location is okay, not directly on the main road but accessible. I haven't visited the site recently but plan to do so next month.
