    We chose SD Samarth Lakshmi because it's ready to move and we didn't want to wait. The 1 BHK apartment size is quite good, we got one around 1400 square feet carpet area. It offeenough space for us two, and the recreation facilities are a nice bonus for weekend relaxation. SD Construction has included fire sprinklewhich gives us peace of mind. The location in Wadgaon is developing, and it’s reasonably close to Talegaon Dabhade Railway Station Bus Stop at 4.1 kilometeOne thing we are still figuring out is the parking; while they have closed and open parking, it can feel a bit tight when guests visit. But overall, the apartment layout and amenities are what we were looking for.
