We moved into SCPC Pavithram a couple of weeks ago and it's been good. The 2 BHK apartment is quite spacious at 878 Sq.ft, which is enough for our two children. Having San Academy nearby was a big factor for us. The construction looks solid and the 24x7 security is reassuring. Water supply has been consistent so far. My only minor concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but inside the complex it's peaceful. The price was reasonable for the area and the amenities offered.
