We needed a place in Chennai quickly for work and SCC Rahul Ridhi was ready to move in, which was perfect. The location in Kodungaiyur is very convenient for the hospital, literally zero distance, and the school is also right there. We got a 722 sq.ft 2 BHK flat which feels spacious enough for now. The price was around 47 Lakhs, which fit our budget. Getting to the National Highway 16 is easy enough, nearby, so travelling around the city shouldn't be too difficult. The building has 24x7 CCTV surveillance which provides some peace of mind. My only small worry is the potential traffic noise given it's close to a bus stop, but we are hoping it's manageable.

The developer, SCC Homes And Properties, has completed the project by December 2023. The nearby school and hospital are significant advantages. However, I found the rooms to be a bit smaller than expected, particularly the second bedroom. The price is a bit on the higher side, but given the ready-to-move status and location, it's acceptable.
