My partner and I were looking for a 2 BHK in Mohali and found SBP Homes. The sizes range from 1285 to 1610 square feet, so we found one that fit perfectly. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, and the gym is a good size. It's also nice to have a grocery shop within the complex for quick purchases. The price for our 2 BHK was around 60 Lakh, which was manageable for us. The location in Kharar, Sector 126 is decent, with Smart WondeSchool only nearby. One thing we noticed is that the parking area might get a bit crowded during peak hou, but that's common in most apartments. Overall, it's a good place to start our married life.

We looked at a few places and decided on SBP Homes in Kharar. The 1 BHK we bought is 700 square feet and seems decent for our needs. It is ready to move which was a big plus for us, we didn't want to wait for construction. The price was also within our budget, around 28.43 Lakh. The developer is SBP Group and they seem to have completed this project back in 2012. It's nice that there is a swimming pool and a gymnasium on site. We haven't visited the hospital or school nearby yet, but it's good to know they are close by. The only thing is the road access to the main highway could be a little better, but overall it's a good property.

We wanted something ready to move and this fit the bill. The price is about 85 Lakh. It's great that SBP Group included a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which we will use often. Also, having a school nearby like Smart WondeSchool (1.86 KM) is convenient for our children. The area has landscaping and green belts, which makes it feel pleasant. A small point is the traffic noise from the nearby road can be noticeable sometimes, especially during the day. But considering the amenities and the size of the apartment, it feels like a good upgrade.

It is also Vastu compliant, which is important for my parents. The price range is quite wide, from 28.43 Lakh up to 1.22 Crore for the bigger units. A minor concern is that the OC is not available, which worries me a little. However, the project was completed in 2012, so I am hoping it's not a major issue. The security is 24/7 which is reassuring.
