I bought a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1181 Sq.ft for 56.56 Lakh. The project is ready to move in, which is convenient. It's good to see amenities like rainwater harvesting and water conservation being offered by Sri Bharath DevelopeThe proximity to Cloudnine Hospital - HRBR at nearby is a significant advantage for my health needs. My only minor concern is that the K. R. Pura Metro Station is nearby, making public transport slightly less convenient for longer journeys. However, for daily needs, the location is good.
