Being able to move in immediately was key. We liked that it's a gated community with good amenities like a club house and gymnasium. The proximity to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose road and Garia main road is convenient for our daily commute to school. However, the traffic on these roads can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience. The price point of 62.7 Lakh was manageable for us after getting a home loan approved. The car parking is adequate.
