I opted for a larger built-up area of around 2000 square feet. The price back then was more reasonable, around 75 Lakhs. The Vastu compliance was important to me. The swimming pool is well-maintained. My main concern now is the connectivity; the Airport Metro Station is nearby, which requires a taxi or auto, and the roads within Kolapakkam can sometimes feel narrow during peak houHowever, the 24x7 security is excellent.
