We are looking at a 3 BHK with around 1300 square feet carpet area. The Children's Play Area and the Entrance Lobby seem nice touches. It is good that they have plans for lifts and ample parking. The location in Bhat, near Bhat Indira Bridge, is developing, and we hope it becomes more convenient over time. Motera Stadium Metro Station is about 4.7 kilometeaway, which is a decent distance for commuting. The completion is expected in December 2028, which gives us enough time. A potential concern is the size of the rooms in the smaller configurations, which might feel a bit cramped for long-term living.
