    I moved into Saya Zion a few months ago and the location is quite convenient. It's a 2 BHK flat, around 756 sq.ft carpet area, which is enough space for me. Being close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, nearby, makes my commute manageable. I also like the fact that there is a swimming pool and a gymnasium within the complex. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security. My only small issue is the valet parking, it's a nice feature but sometimes there are delays when you need your car quickly.

The Saya Zion project offeapartments with carpet areas from 1140 sq.ft upwards, which feels like a significant upgrade for us. We appreciated the 'no common wall for privacy' feature. The lush greenery around the complex is also very calming. It's a gated community which adds to the peace of mind. The community hall and center are well-maintained. One minor concern is that the water pressure on upper floocan sometimes be inconsistent, especially during drier months, but it's generally manageable with the 24X7 water supply system.

The amenities are excellent, including a senior citizen siteout, a gymnasium, and a clubhouse. The property has 3 open sides, which is nice. Saya Homes Pvt Ltd has also included features like a water softener plant, which is a thoughtful touch. The location in Sector 4 Noida Extension is developing well, and it's not too far from the Hindon River, a short distance. The only real downside we've found is the dust and construction noise from ongoing projects in the vicinity.

The project by Saya Homes Pvt Ltd also has a dedicated kid's pool and a cricket pitch, which they enjoy immensely. It's a ready-to-move-in property, completed in June 2013, so we didn't have to wait. The community hall is a great space for gatherings. The only drawback is that during peak hou, the traffic getting to and from the expressway can be a bit much.
