The 3 BHK units are quite large, starting from 2550 square feet, which is more than enough for us. It’s still under construction, with completion expected in December 2025. The location in Dalanwala on Bahadur Road is convenient, close to National Highway 72. We visited the site last week, and the construction progress seems steady. The developer, Sawhney BuildeDehradun, has a decent reputation. We are hoping the amenities when ready will be good. The main concern for us is the traffic congestion on Bahadur Road during peak hou, which might be an issue for our daily commute to the IT park.
