We recently purchased a studio apartment at Sawasdee Centre in Ghaziabad. It’s ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly. The size is about 450 Sq.ft, perfect for us as a starting point. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security, making us feel safe. The developer, Sawasdee India, has also included a power backup system, which is crucial given the frequent power cuts we experience. Its location in Vasundhara is convenient; Mohan Nagar Metro Station is only nearby, making our commute easier. However, the area does get quite dusty during construction periods in nearby secto, which is a bit of a concern for our allergies. We are hoping this improves over time. The banquet hall looks impressive though.
