    I wanted a decent sized flat for myself, so I picked a 3 BHK in Saviour Greenarch Phase 2. It's a spacious 1920 square feet carpet area, which is more than enough. Being ready to move was a huge factor. The community buildings look nice, and the landscaping is well-maintained. It's located in Techzone 4, Noida Extension. My main worry is the distance to the Noida Sector 51 Metro Station, which is over 7 kilometeaway, making daily commute a bit difficult without a peonal vehicle. The energy management features are a good addition.

    Finally moving out of our rental flat! We chose Saviour Greenarch Phase 2 because of its ready-to-move status and the good carpet area for the 3 BHK flats, ouis 1880 square feet. It’s much bigger than our current place. The location in Techzone 4, Noida Extension, is decent, close to Ryan International School which is important for us. The biggest drawback is the traffic noise during peak houfrom the nearby Noida-Greater Noida Link Road. Also, the open parking is quite crowded when we have guests. We are hoping the street lighting is adequate for safety.
