It's a ready to move in property, which made the process much quicker. My father mentioned the proximity to Victor Hospital is a big plus for them. They also liked that Mahila & Nutan English High School is right there, even though they don't have school-going kids anymore, it means the area is well-established. Saville Builde& Real Estate Developeseem to have a good reputation. The 4 BHK villas are quite spacious, perfect for them to have their own space. Getting loan approval from PNB Housing Finance was also smooth.
