The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious with a carpet area of 789 sq.ft. The location in Wanjari Nagar is beneficial because Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni Nagpur is just right next door, making school runs very easy. Savera Developeis managing the project. They are offering good amenities like a children's play area and a gated community setup. The only drawback we observed is the noise from the ongoing construction, which is quite noticeable during the day. We are hoping it subsides once the main structure is complete.
