It is still under construction, with a completion date of March 2027. The price point, starting from 43.12 Lakh, is manageable for me. I did notice that the construction site itself can be a bit dusty when you drive by, which is a common issue with under-construction projects. However, the developer, Saudha Infra, includes basic necessities like 24x7 water supply and closed car parking, which are crucial for day-to-day living. The nearby hospital is also a good reassurance.
