We bought a plot here in Satyam Vayu Sainik Enclave 1 because it's quite close to JM International School, just a short distance. That was a huge factor for us with the kids. The area has good accessibility to key landmarks and we liked the idea of a gated community for safety. The price for the 540 Sq.ft plot was around 3.6 Lakh, which fit our initial budget well. Having 24X7 water supply is also a plus. The developer, Satyam Real Build, seems to have completed this project in 2013, which means it's ready to move in. We haven't seen any major issues so far, though the landscaping could be a bit more developed. Overall, it seems like a decent place for a growing family.

Satyam Real Build has a project here that's ready to move, completed in 2013. I liked the idea of a gated community and the 24X7 water supply. Accessibility to key landmarks is good, and it's known for schools nearby. The Shaheed Sthal Metro Station is about 9 kilometeaway, which is manageable. My only hesitation is the lack of an OC, which makes me a bit nervous as a fit-time buyer. I hope Satyam Real Build can clarify this. But overall, the plot size and location seem suitable for my needs.

The developer, Satyam Real Build, delivered this project in 2013 and it's ready to move. The community has essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and rain water harvesting. The spectacular view of the national park is a definite bonus. My only slight reservation is that the OC is not available, which is a bit unusual for a project of this age. However, given the strategic location and the ready-to-move status, it's a solid option.

The proximity to JM International School, being a 5-minute drive, is convenient. They also have a community hall and landscaping. The main issue I've noticed is the dust during construction activities nearby, which can be quite botheome. Also, the open parking might be a challenge during peak times. Despite these small concerns, the price and basic amenities like 24X7 water supply make it a practical choice.

I chose a plot of 9000 Sq.ft, which cost me around 59.94 Lakh. The location is decent, with Highway 34 and Intetate 91 both nearby, making travel easier. The community hall is a nice amenity for gatherings. I also appreciate the landscaping and tree planting efforts. The biggest plus is the spectacular view of the national park right from the plot. However, I do feel the price for the larger plots is on the higher side compared to other developments in Ghaziabad. Otherwise, it seems like a peaceful place to settle down.
