Finally bought my fit apartment in Satyam Skyline. It is a 3 BHK with 1179 Sq.ft carpet area. The price was around 1.3 Crore which felt manageable for a fit-time purchase. I liked that it is ready to move in, so no waiting period. The location in Naranpura is quite central. Having St. Xavier's High School and Sterling Hospitals nearby is very convenient. The building also has a swimming pool and a gymnasium which is great. Parking is available, which is a big plus. I am a bit worried about the traffic on the 120 Feet Ring Road during peak hou, but hopefully, it settles down. Overall, it feels like a good start.

One thing that concerns me is the lack of readily available OC information, which is usually a standard document. However, the amenities like fire sprinkleand 24x7 water supply are good features. The location in Central West Ahmedabad is well-connected. I think the property has potential, but the price point requires careful consideration.
