The price point, around 32 Lakh, was acceptable for us as a young IT couple starting out. The project is ready to move, which is a huge plus. We visited the site, and the landscaping looked quite nice, along with the paved compound. The location in Teghoria is alright, but the Titumir Metro Station is a bit of a distance at 2.3 kilometeWe also noticed there’s quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which is a bit of a concern for us.
