We decided on Satyam Hills for our family home after seeing it a couple of times. The developer, Satyam Develope, has a decent reputation. What really sold us was the size of the Olympic size swimming pool and the children's play area, which my kids absolutely love. Having a club house is also a great amenity for weekend relaxation. The apartment itself is ready to move, which was a huge plus for us. The entrance lobby is quite grand. My main concern is the parking situation. While they offer both closed and open car parking, it can get a bit congested during peak houOtherwise, the landscaping and tree plantation around the complex make it feel quite green and pleasant.
