My partner and I visited Satyam Elegance last week. We are looking for our fit home in Rajkot. The 2 BHK flats have carpet areas starting from 411 sq.ft, which seems adequate for us. The project is located in Bhakti Nagar on the well-known 80 Feet Road. Satyam Infrastructure is developing it, and they have a new project coming up. It is currently under construction and completion is scheduled for December 2028. The good thing is Tapovan School is right next door, which is great for the future. However, the traffic on 80 Feet Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a worry for our daily commute to work. We are still considering it.
